Progress Notes Assessments
  • Contain text
  • Unformatted, but can include "canned" text that can give the appearance of structure
  • Text cannot be "copied forward" to a current note
  • Organized by Topics and Subtopics
  • The Subtopic becomes the note’s title (and can be up to 31 characters long)
  • Limited to 5000 characters per note
  • Contain text
  • Structure is introduced by modifying the form’s "parameters"
  • Parameters are grouped by Categories
  • Sections can be separated by unrestricted text labels
  • Macros can be created to add multiple parameters for a single note
  • Text in one cell can be "copy forwarded" into the current cell from a preceding cell of the same parameter as long as 1) the feature is turned on for that parameter and 2) there is text to be copied from a cell within a specified time range.
  • Notes, once written, can be viewed as if it were a PNote.
  • Different cells can be signed for by different persons and will appear in the PNote view with names attached to different sections.
  • Limited to 5000 characters per cell
