1. Percent susceptibility includes duplicate isolates from same patient.
2. Includes both inpatients and outpatients.
3. Co-Trimoxazole is Sulfamethoxazole plus Trimethoprim.
4. Gentamicin synergy.
5. Tested against piperacillln; actual percent susceptible isolates may be higher for piperacillin / tazobactam.
6. Intermediate resistant isolates recovered from one ambulatory patient.
