Calculate the oxygen saturation from the pO2.

The calculations above are based on the equation developed by Severinghaus*:

SO_{2} = (23,400 * (pO_{2}^{3}
+ 150 * pO_{2})^{-1} + 1)^{-1}

This is only an estimate and does not account for differences in temperature, pH, and concentrations of 2,3 DPG.
