Potassium Phosphate

Each mL of potassium phosphate contains 4.4 milliequivalents (mEq) of potassium and 3 millimoles (mmol) of phosphate. The solution contains a mixture of both potassium phosphate monobasic (KH2PO4) and potassium phosphate dibasic (K2HPO4). The different concentrations of the ions is a source of potential medication error.

Enter a value in a cell and click the Calculate button in the same row to determine the equivalent forms. Be aware that there may be some rounding error with multiple conversions.
